Linda/Ledger

Your thesis, watched in public. Free.

You already write down what would prove you wrong. We check it every weekday evening against SEC filings, and keep a record nobody can edit: proof you named the risk before it happened.

  1. Send a post

A link to a thesis you've published, and the lines that would make you wrong.

  2. Approve the checks

We draft each condition as a check, quoting your sentence. Nothing is watched until you approve it.

  3. Get your page and badge

A public record anyone can verify, an email when a condition trips, and a badge for your posts.

Questions

Why is it free?

Public records show other investors what the product does. Private theses and alerts for portfolios are the paid plans.

What gets checked?

Cash runway, share count growth, equity raises and shelf takedowns, executive departures, auditor changes, delisting notices, revenue and margin floors, reported KPIs, and price levels you name. Anything else becomes a condition you review yourself, shown as such. The full list.

Will you say whether my thesis is right?

No. We never rate, rank or recommend. Your page shows your conditions and whether each holds, from the filings, with links.

Can I see one first?

Public records and the Lucid case.
